These timeframes may vary depending on logistical, customs, or exceptional constraints.
Transfer of risk occurs as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
In case of damage, a claim must be sent to the carrier within 3 days.
If the timeframe exceeds 30 days, the order may be cancelled.
The consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to notify their withdrawal.
Following this notification, they have a further period of 14 days to return the item(s) concerned to us.
Return costs remain entirely at the customer's expense.
The refund is issued once the product(s) have been received and their condition checked, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items or goods made to the customer's specifications, nor to the other exceptions provided by law.

In case of non-compliance with the terms, the Seller or technical operator may suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice.

technical issues;
third-party content;
service interruptions;
IT incidents (viruses, intrusion, etc.).
Any content submitted by a user may be freely used (use, modification, distribution) without compensation.
The user guarantees that their content complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
The Company may remove any inappropriate content.
All content (texts, descriptions, visuals) is protected. They are derived from Seller data and adapted by the Company.
Any claim must be submitted promptly to the company by email.
The warranty is limited to 30 days after receipt.
No claim will be accepted beyond 60 days after invoicing.
In case of non-compliance, the product may be returned and refunded under applicable conditions.
Processing of personal data is governed by the applicable privacy policy.
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought within 30 days.
Failing that, Hong Kong courts shall have jurisdiction.
