Returns Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the items. 
• Products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. 
• Please include your first and last name, order email address and order number in your package. 
• No justification is required for the return.

Refund

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving your return. The amount will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

Return Costs and Additional Terms

In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the return is completely free.

For any other reason for return (change of mind, order error, etc.), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also require that a tracking number be provided for the return.

A signature upon receipt of the package is recommended to ensure proper tracking and traceability of the return.
