These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") of the company e-Namae OÜ (hereinafter "Cadecos") aim to define the rights and obligations of Cadecos and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer") in the context of the sale of products on the website Cadecos.com (hereinafter "the Site").
Cadecos' full contact details are available in the General Terms and Conditions of Use, accessible from the Site's footer.
The terms of use for the Site and the free services it offers are detailed in the General Terms of Use. As for the paid services, their terms of use are specified in the General Terms of Service, also accessible from the Site's footer.
For any questions or complaints, Cadecos customer service can be contacted by email at the following address: contact@Cadecos.com.
Cadecos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any new version of the Terms and Conditions will be brought to the Customer's attention before the order is finalized. If the Customer does not wish their order to be subject to the new Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from placing an order on the Website.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the Site at the time of the Customer's order and apply to all products sold on the site.
In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, are defined as follows:
Cadecos offers the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Products of their choice available on the Site. Before placing an order, the Customer can directly consult the characteristics of the Products they wish to purchase on the Site.
Order deliveries are limited to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Any order outside these geographical areas will not be accepted.
Orders placed on the Site must be for personal use, as acknowledged by the Customer. Cadecos reserves the right to limit the number of Orders to prevent commercial use. These restrictions may apply to Orders using the same credit card or the same billing and/or shipping address.
The Customer agrees not to resell the Products. Cadecos reserves the right to prohibit sales to any Customer who resells the Products.
To place an order, the customer must visit the website and select the products of their choice by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button and specifying the desired quantity.
From the "Shopping Cart" page of the Site, the Customer must provide their delivery and billing address, explicitly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the corresponding box, and then make payment for the Order by credit card.
The Customer's Order will only be final after the actual payment of the Order amount.
Each order placed by a customer on the website results in immediate written confirmation from Cadecos, sent to the customer by email. In addition, an email is sent to the customer to inform them of the shipment of the purchased product(s).
Cadecos guarantees delivery of Products subject to stock availability. In the event a Product is unavailable:
The prices displayed for each Product on the Site are in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment for purchases is made exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) on the Site.
Payments via PayPal, American Express, or any other payment method will not be accepted. The payment process takes place on the Site through a secure banking platform managed by a third-party provider.
Cadecos does not have access to the Client's payment information at any time, and cannot be held responsible in any way for fraudulent use of the payment methods used.
Delivery of each Product is considered complete as soon as the package is made available to the Customer. However, in order to preserve their rights, the Customer is encouraged to check the package upon receipt.
If you have any doubt about the integrity of the package or notice any obvious damage, you are advised to make a reservation or even refuse the package. These reservations and claims must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three business days of receiving the product. A copy of this correspondence may be sent to Cadecos for their information.
Products are delivered by mail within the estimated delivery times indicated on the Website (between 4 and 7 business days) at the time the Order is placed. If the delivery time is exceeded by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the Order for the Products in question. This cancellation must be notified to Cadecos by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written notice on another durable medium.
If Cadecos does not make delivery within a reasonable additional period, as required in the same way by the Customer, the Order is considered cancelled on the date of receipt of the notification by Cadecos, unless delivery has taken place in the meantime.
In this case, Cadecos will reimburse the Customer, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days from receipt of the aforementioned notification, the amount paid for the cancelled Products as well as any delivery charges.
The cost of delivery is added to the Customer's invoice according to the rates displayed on the Site at the time the Order is placed.
If the Customer fails to collect a package within the time limit set by the carrier, the package will automatically be returned to Cadecos. If the Customer requests a refund for the returned Order, a flat fee of €4.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs incurred by Cadecos for preparing, shipping, and returning the package.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, except in cases provided for by law. This right may be exercised by the Customer without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the Product.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Cadecos of their decision within the period mentioned above by completing the Withdrawal Form, either by email or by post.
If the Order includes several Products shipped separately, the withdrawal period runs from the receipt of the last Product.
Cadecos will acknowledge receipt of the Customer's withdrawal as soon as possible after receiving the Withdrawal Form by email.
The Customer must return the Product(s) concerned to Cadecos within fourteen (14) days of notification of his decision to withdraw, to the address indicated in the Withdrawal Form and in accordance with the instructions provided therein.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, in the event of an error on our part, a defective product, or non-conformity with the order, all return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the Product(s) is/are returned in their original, unaltered condition, accompanied by all accessories and the invoice for the Order to allow its identification.
The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Product during the return process.
If Cadecos receives a returned Product in a condition not conforming to that described above, Cadecos will inform the Customer by email and send the Product(s) back to them.
In the context of exercising the right of withdrawal as defined above, Cadecos will reimburse the Customer for the price of the Product(s) concerned, including delivery costs, within thirty (30) days from the receipt by Cadecos of the returned Product(s).
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used by the Customer for the initial purchase, by transfer to the bank account associated with the bank card used for payment, within the aforementioned period.
Cadecos is responsible for product non-conformity in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and for hidden product defects in accordance with the Civil Code.
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer:
The legal guarantee of conformity applies even if a commercial guarantee may have been granted.
The Customer may also choose to exercise the warranty against hidden defects in the Product as defined by the Civil Code. In this case, they may opt for cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
The Client's personal information is processed in accordance with Cadecos' privacy policies, available in the website footer.
For any questions, requests for technical assistance, complaints regarding the Products or any Order, the Customer is invited to contact Cadecos by email at the following address: contact@Cadecos.com.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth all the obligations of Cadecos and the Client with respect to their subject matter. If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are declared null, deemed unwritten or cancelled in accordance with law, regulation or final court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force and be fully applicable, unless the invalidated provisions substantially affect the contractual balance.
